Non-Profit Annual Report Project
The Project
Each year, the Center for Healthy Minds publishes and mails an annual report that shows progress over the previous year and basic financial statements. The 8 page report needed to be printed and mailed. There was also a need for a digital and interactive version to be distributed via the Center’s email list.
The Challenge
The annual report needed to be dual branded for two non-profits with different color schemes. Multiple collaborators provided content, which required some on-the-fly editing to make sure that everything fit.
The process
I used one of the uniting colors - a dark blue-gray, to tie all of the sections together. I also included photos and stats from both organizations on the cover and throughout the report to show how the two organizations collaborate. Each organization had a two-page spread dedicated to projects and financials, with clear color distinctions so readers would know which organization’s information they were looking at.
I created the digital version with InDesign, including some interactive components. This version was shared with the Center’s email list.
